I don't know how long you have had these two, but if you have had them long enough to see the toes actually lose nails or fall off there are a few things that could be happening in my opinion.
First, I would guess it might be shedding issues. This could be due to a few reasons. Usually humidity, or cleanliness are the issue, which can simply be corrected with some shallow soakings, and a little more attention for a few weeks. Maybe you could be more specific on what's going on, are toes actually falling off, or is it just the claws? I know it can be frustrating, just trying to help.
